I was delighted by the stunning views over Mostar that the hotel offered, especially from my balcony where I could watch the sunset directly. The location was superb, although on a steep hill, providing a spectacular perspective just a few blocks from the Old Bridge. The room service was professional, offering a range of convenient amenities, but it did lack some service-oriented touches. The dining experience included some delicious local items with a lovely view. However, the hotel being on a high hill was a minor inconvenience and the dining options were limited.
I absolutely loved this hotel! The room was amazing with a balcony directly facing the sunset, providing a lovely view. The service was outstanding, very professional, and the staff was friendly. The location was superb, even though it's on top of a hill, the gorgeous city center view made it worth the uphill walk. The dining experience with a lovely view was included in our rate and had some delicious local items. The facilities were top-notch, exceeding my expectations.
